Marcia Porchia is the Founder of The PM Learning Academy, LLC and has spent over 20 years leading teams and organizations where strategy meets execution — turning executive intent into work that actually lands. She has led enterprise program and portfolio organizations across retail, technology, manufacturing, hospitality, and financial services, including assignments abroad to build PMO capability in Asia and South America. More often than not, the job was building what didn't yet exist: a PMO, a change practice, a governance model leaders could use to make real decisions or filling a skill gap.
In addition to the above, Marcia has experience leading AI Transformations and Change Management practices at scale focused on pairing new tools with the upskilling and reinforcement that make adoption hold. That work shapes how she teaches. Backed by PMI credentials including the PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMOCP, CPMAI, and CSPP, plus Prosci change management certification and SAFe Agilist.
